Steps For Drilling A Well IN Cumberland County

  1. A Irrigation Well Permit for Cumberland County is required. The current fee is 275.00 and can be obtained  at the Cumberland County Health Dept. A New Well Permit for Residential Use includes Inspection and Bacteriological Sample Fee of 320.00 is required by the Cumberland County Health Department prior to drilling.
  2. A County Inspector will visit the New Well site to determine the proper location.
  3. Schedule Drilling Date with All American Well & Pump to drill the well.
  4. Usually 1-2 days after the well is drilled, grout is poured under the supervision of a County Inspector, and a slab is formed.
  5. After the slab is set, driller returns to set the tank and connect the pump.
  6. Enjoy your cost efficent water source for years to come !!!!!!!!!!!

  • Every precaution is taken to insure the best well possible . We cannot quarantee the quantity or quality of water. 
  • A Full One Year Warranty on Pumps. This includes parts and labor.
  • A Full One Year Warranty on Tanks which inscludes parts and labor plus a Four (4) Year Limited Warranty covering defects.
  • Unless otherwise specified on proposal, a 7.00 Dry Hole Fee applies to wells drilled but unable to develope.
