David Howard is a North Carolina Certified Well Driller and Pump Installer with over 35 years experience. Our company is fully insured and follows strict guidelines as set forth by both the State of North Carolina and Cumberland County Health Department. A Certified Well Contractor is on each job until the project is complete.                                                 

Our business was established in 1971 as Howard Well Drilling. David learned this trade working with his father, Earl Howard in this family business. Well drilling has progressed from the old cable tool to rotary mud drilling which is more efficient and cost effective. Lightweight PVC pipe materials  has replaced steel casing and galvanized for most applications.

Our primay services include well drilling of both shallow and deep wells, service and pump repairs. We specialize in 4 inch PVC cased wells. Only top grade materials are used, which has proven to extend the life of the well by several added years.

Submersible pumps of stainless steel have eliminated the need for constant worry and maintenance during the cold weather.These pumps are virtually maintenance free as they do not freeze in the winter and are self priming. If power is  lost, water is restored with out the need of going to the well or pump house.
